How do I decrease my plastic when I’m out and about?
• Say no to straws or bring your own!!! Ask your favourite café if they would consider using paper or stainless steel ones.
• Buy a Keep Cup for all your takeaway coffee/hot chocolate purchases. If you aren’t good at remembering to take it with you, buy two and leave one at your favourite coffee spot! Otherwise, take the opportunity to sit and enjoy your beverage instead of racing off with it. Some cafes now sell them or you can personalise a Keep Cup at https://nz.keepcup.com/ .
